    ETA I can see you have the major food groups covered there - dairy, fruit, grains, chocolate, and I'm sure the macaroons contain almonds so protein is also ticked off.

    Can I say the maccaroon was pretty damn amazing, I liked it more then the shake lol..

    I call this, 'left over mash up'

    Leftover fajita mix from Tuesday night, leftover cous cous from last night, mixed with some spinach leaves, cherry toms, cucumber and a dollop of Greek yoghurt. Yum!

    Spaghetti arrabiata ( tomato, chilli and basil sauce!) Greek salad and my first try at mango pudding which is definitely making an appearance on the Xmas menu this year!
