Chicken salad (spinach, celery, cherry tomatoes, feta, sweet potato, avocado, shallots).

Chicken was pan fried in lemon pepper with a late dash of soy sauce and a little garlic.

Dammit, I just ate my dinner! We had a salad of cherry tomatoes, Lebanese cucumber, red capsicum, feta cheese, avocado and carrot. With it there was steamed salmon all dressed with lime juice and cracked pepper.. It was delicious..

I should add, I was going to BBQ the salmon but the gas bottle is empty!

    Sounds yummy!!

I had a very simple dinner tonight. Grilled salmon and steamed veg. Was nice though. Doesn't look very appetising!
