Just go to edit and then delete all your words and then type in a few dots. That's it.

Only Mods/Admins can remove whole threads, but keep it mind that it needs to be a good reason for wanting it removed.

Here's the official info in case anyone else has the same query.

If you want an entire thread deleted that you started, you need a mod’s help to do this. There are, however, some guidelines as to what threads you can have a mod delete for you.

    If threads are of a
sensitive/personal nature, yes the mods will delete them at the original poster's request. If the thread is something more generic such as 'what is the best park in Brisbane' then no, the mods will not delete it as other members may find it of use.

If you're thread is of a personal/sensitive nature, then follow the below steps to have it deleted.
    • Report the original post you made when you started the thread (here’s how to report)
    • Explain why you would like the thread deleted in your report, and submit it.
    • The next online mod will see the report and delete the thread for you.
Once deleted, nobody will be able to see the thread except mods and admins.
