    I modified a patterns i already had.
    For the raglan i used the Boo designs swimmers pattern (raglan rashie). I shortened the arms to add a cuff and similarly for the waistband.
    I then used the hoodie from the pattern for pirates raglan add on but made it smaller for kids.

    I was on a self-imposed ban from buying any more fabric.. Then I saw a TV ad saying that my Textile Traders is having a closing down sale so I need to go check it out!

    Well that's different! I mean they're closing down - absolutely special circumstances requiring you to lift the ban!

    Spotlight keeps having fabric sales! So hard to resist but I am on self imposed ban as well.
