I've made one. Use cheap thin interfacing to make your pattern. It doesn't tear like paper. Lay it in the pram and trace around with a pen, mark where you need to make buttonholes for the shoulder and crotch straps.

I bought it on etsy from tadah patterns, it's called a seaside playsuit I just worked out that I made 7 playsuits in 5 days haha, they must be easy!

I made a burp cloth. I don't think it's too bad for a first attempt but definitely needs some improvements next time.

Omg it's so cute! Do you just use cotton fabric? Is this pattern from the same as your other one?

Yes it's just dress cotton fabric but quilting cotton would be good for shorts too. The shorts pattern is another one I bought from Etsy but a different seller, I just searched 'baby shorts pattern' and they came up. I like that you can just leave the elastic out of the legs for boys shorts too. And they're so easy!
