What brand and model? What furnishings do you make with it? I just got 2 quotes back for curtains and they are ex.pen.sive! So I want to make my sheer ones. Will probably use linen sheers

I just use my normal machine and normal needle for curtains unless I have to go 4 layers of blackout curtain than I will changed to a heavier gauge needle.

The heavier gauge is the same one you use for jeans.

Loving all the inspiration on here! Going to attempt to do a crayon/notepad book this weekend.

I wish I had room to sew! I had to pack my machine up for a while because we couldn't have it out on the dining table while we're getting the house valued etc.
On the upside, it means we might move house soon & I'll get my own sewing room, so that's exciting!

I've been cutting out some things, hopefully I'll get time to sew them & post pics soon

My machine has been packed up for months as I try to reorganize the house ready for a new baby but today it's coming out into the dinning room and I am making curtains for the babys room. So excited! Wish me luck.....
