    I just use my normal machine and normal needle for curtains unless I have to go 4 layers of blackout curtain than I will changed to a heavier gauge needle.

    The heavier gauge is the same one you use for jeans.

    I wish I had room to sew! I had to pack my machine up for a while because we couldn't have it out on the dining table while we're getting the house valued etc.
    On the upside, it means we might move house soon & I'll get my own sewing room, so that's exciting!

    I've been cutting out some things, hopefully I'll get time to sew them & post pics soon

    My machine has been packed up for months as I try to reorganize the house ready for a new baby but today it's coming out into the dinning room and I am making curtains for the babys room. So excited! Wish me luck.....
