Do not delete family off FB out of anger, it causes a massive s#%^ storm that spreads like wild fire.
That is all 🙊

I've deleted several family members recently and I'm waiting for the fight.

My Sil blocked me. God's know why. I think it was because I said my sister was the best aunt.
Anyway. She blocked me.
When she comments on mutual friends I see 5 comments than open to only see 4. Sometimes it 23 comments and I see 4 or 5. Than if someone's answers her comment I see eg. .. yeah funny xxx or no xxx we are doing this etc...
Blind Freddie can see she has blocked me.
The funny part is I loved it that way. I don't need her drama in my life.

Oh you poor love! We deleted DH's damily years ago and it created so much drama at the time but it was so worth it lol

Oh dear. Hope they get over it quickly and don't give you too much of a hard time.

I really just don't want their drama in my life but then everyone else needed an opinion and I'm the bad guy.
Was it petty? yes but the instant relief of having them gone felt sooo good! But poor DH has coped it. I just want their toxicity out of our lives but it didn't really work out that way

I think Meredith meant you keep them on your friends list but you can select who sees your statuses and to leave them off. I do exactly that. I often leave a family member out of my statuses for a few reasons. Blocking them is different.
