Right, new year=back to the old me....if that makes sense!

Last year I began running and complete a 15km run (when I say run I mean jogging/walking intervals, but saying 'run' sounds better). But now, I am so unfit and unhealthy and feeling totally blah about myself. I've put on a few kgs over Christmas, which in itself is ok but they're ontop of the 5kgs I wanted to lose already. 7kgs!! Blardy hell.

So, tomorrow morning I shall rise and shine, put on my running gear, grab my ear plugs and begin my new year to old me.
