    B or C

However I wouldn't care if someone put their wrapped up doggy doo in my bin. It's not like I stick my head in my bin every day to smell it.

I never knew how people throw away dog poo could be such a hot topic or that I could be so fascinated that I read every reply. To answer the original question though I would probably choose B or C but I wouldn't care if someone tossed their little poo bag in our bin because I would just be happy they picked it up where we live I don't think many people do pick up after their dogs I always seem to be dodging crap when I go walking.
