Default How much does a 4 bedroom house cost in your suburb/area?

Our area - outer eastern Melbourne suburb, would be anywhere from $550k up

We paid $350k for our 2 bed unit a few months ago.

Canberra. Cheapest four bedroom house in my suburb is 1.75 mil and most expensive (that had a price listed) is 3.95 mil. I wish I owned property here!

Probably about 800k to 1million ( South Sydney) sore subject with me at the moment, sick of being driven out of the market by bl00dy investors!! It's a freaking joke at the moment.

I live in the very outer east of Victoria, nowhere near the city - at the very least $600k, and most houses are quite old and need work! It's ridiculous!
