I need to lose 20 to 30 kgs too. I'm about 80 at the moment, and should be between 51 and 64 for my (lack of) height. I'm on Sandomigran as a headache preventative, and I think increased appetite and weight gain may possibly be side effects.

hi catlover, we could form our own little group. hahha . I am also about 80 and should be about 55 due to my lack of height. !! im not really fat, just short, . that sounds like a good excuse. hhaha. no more excuses for me. I do feel sorry for you to have to take headache preventive. I have hardly ever had a headache in my life. should add touch wood , to that statement. marie

I used to be on Medication that made me put on weight. Never managed to lose it all. I think a support group would be great. I'm 74kg. Aiming for 55 but should be under for my hight to. Lol. Thread name: Support for us shorties!

lol. Yep. I'm only about 5 foot 3 at a stretch. I've been getting headaches and migraines on and off since I was 10, and I turned 40 last year. I probably inherited my propensity for migraines from my mum, who also gets them. I just hope like heck that my daughter doesn't inherit them from me. It's bad enough having them myself; but having to see her in that much pain, and knowing there's not much I can do to take it away would be almost unbearable.

Wow I've missed a lot sorry. I've lost over 30kg in the past and just lost 14kg and still going. Just by diet and walking. Now I use a treadmill.
    I'm happy to offer support.

we had a busy sunday, my daughterinlaws birthday, and so we used the time to catch up with family. I get to babysit my granddaughters tomorrow. 2yr old and 8 months, so grandma will be busy. loving it too. marie.
