hi everyone, nafsika, I bet most people nearby also will be glad to be through this summer. I hope the fires all stay well away and are soon under control. we have been having some heavy showers, great for the grass to grow. a bit tricky with the washing. I will be back in a short while, lunch time for me. marie

Hi all. I also live in Adelaide (South Western suburbs here), and have a 7 month old daughter. She can go in circles, an very slowly a short distance backwards, but can't seem to get the hang of crawling forwards yet. I put her in a standing position in her cot holding onto the side this afternoon, and she was able to hold her weight there for a few seconds.
Enjoying the rain at the moment; but not the thunder and lightning so much. I also can't wait until the cooler weather comes back again.
