I lost mine when i went to the loo in at 6am with my first. I gave birth to him around 4.30pm that day.

DD was born 8 hours after I lost mine!

Dd1 never lost it (or at least never noticed
Dd2 same deal as dd1
Dd3 lost it right before my first contraction and waters breaking, she was born half an hour later
Dd4 lost it on and off after a stretch and sweep a few days before she was born.

About 12hrs. I think I lost a bit of it in the weeks leading up but most of it came out at the start of labour.
