Default How long after losing plug did you have your baby?

I know this has been asked a million times, but how long after losing your plug did you have a baby? I lost some in the shower this morn, and even though this is my fourth baby I've never lost plug before! I'm hoping it means baby will be here soon!

I didn't lose my plug with my first, so it didn't click that I lost it with my second, but it was about a day before hand.

They can regenerate though, hopefully that's not the case for you

Thanks! Yes I've had 3 babies with no plug loss at all (that I noticed), so I hope this isn't a false start! I'm 38wks by my dates, 37+3 by ultrasound dates, so hoping it won't regenerate at this stage in the game! Lol

My plug loss started at around 3pm in the arvo. Labour started at 7:30am the next day, and bub was plopped on my chest at 1:28pm. I had had a stretch and sweep the day before I lost my plug though, so that's what kicked everything off I reckon.

With DS2 it was over 2 weeks after I started losing my plug that he arrived.
