Right! CD1 here for me & after my break last month I am feeling refreshed & optimistic! I've bought some Vitex to take & have organised acupuncture this month too. It can't hurt, right?!
On top of that DH & I have decided that we're willing to go back to the FS next month if this cycle doesn't bring us a BFP. We had wanted to try au Naturale as long as possible but with this being cycle 13, both of us are just sick of being frustrated & disappointed each month when there's supposed to be nothing 'technically' wrong with us now. So I have an appt on Feb 11th & we'll try a cycle of IUI next month if we don't get the BFP in Feb. 👍
Whilst I never wanted to be a person who had to have assistance to fall pregnant, the decision is sitting much easier with me now. I think my desire for a second child far outweighs my resistance of assistance (LOL!) just because we had our first naturally. Either way the possibility of seeing a BFP soon is feeling closer!
Babydust to us all & yes, thank god for BH & all it's threads. It's nice to know none of us are alone in these journeys.

Hi ladies, for those of you who temp, what time do you take your temp at?
I've been taking mine at 3.45pm, but wondering if morning is better?
16-01-2015 16:27 #75
Can I ask why you are taking it at that time? Everything I have read says that it is best taken after at least 3 hours of sleep (no talking, very limited movement, etc)
I used to set an alarm for 6am, take my temps then go back to sleep for another hour.

Although time of day is important, I think the 3 hours of sleep is pretty crucial.
I know with my temps an hour didn't make much difference, but if I was up with DS and only had an hour or so of sleep my temps would jump drastically.
Maybe try what @grace suggested.

I don't remember. I am a zombie in the morning until after a shower and coffee.
Set an alarm with a note... doesn't matter. It just won't happen.
