Thanks! , have just downloaded fertility friend - it seems easy to use, I like that it lets you change information and that nothing is set in stone - helps when your cycles are all over the place

I put maca in my smoothies and also take ultraclean epa dha fish oil. Fish oil is meant to be great for fertility too. The most promising things I have read, are on vitex however!

BIG FAT CONGRATULATIONS!!! <3 <3 <3 Your post/story was the first i read when i re-joined bubhub in Jan, and i am hence intrigued. Am i correct in remembering you and hubby have been trying for 5 years? Making this BFP all the more wonderful! So glad you got help and found out the luteal phase problem. Do you mind if i ask you how old you are and why you hadn't seen a specialist until now?

Thanks for the congrats! I am 29 turning 30 this year. I didn't see a specialist until now because my head was in the sand and i refused to believe someone " healthy and young" could have issues conceiving massive mistake on my part. I only needed a little assistance thankfully! I'm forever grateful for the Fertility Specialists they do a wonderful job.
