    The only things we did differently was vitex and progesterone pessaries as instructed by our dr! my luteal phase was always too short for a good ovulation to happen apparently!

    I have also seen lots of people discussing vitex as well but would you take it if your cycles are already (relatively) regular?

    I was taking it because it lengthens cycles which is what i needed. @bugslife i have been crying all afternoon. I keep walking into the spare empty room and sobbing because thats going to be a nursery soon

    As for vitex... I took it for 3 months and it made my cycles irregular and I vomited everyday. I already had regular cycles so stopped taking it.
