Default Getting a little excited but nervous at the same time.

My youngest start preschool this year and will be going 3 days a week.
This will be the first time in a very long time that I will solely have me time. ...I'm am determined to get out and find a friend and maybe go back to work but like I said it's been a very long time that I am able to put me first so I am in no rush to find work unless something comes up ....
I feel like a kid again with my fears....lol

Wow this is a huge change! No wonder you're feeling like a kid again! Have you made a plan? Or a list of stuff you want to get done or try in your time to yourself? A list of books to read, movies to watch, walks to go on, shops to browse through in peace, study to do, groups to meet up with. It sounds like it could be an exiting time ahead!
I really hope it is and look forward to hearing the next steps all about you! x

Haha I just realised my post sounded a bit pressured! I was just excited for you. I didn't mean you should rush out and do all or any of that stuff! I got caught up in your moment!

Op maybe focusing on getting a job is the way to go. Work often brings self esteem, new friends, focus, routine and the added bonus of extra money. Many of my ex work colleagues are my closest friends. How exciting!
