With my dodgy scales I'm down between two and three kilos!!! I have barely been hungry, but haven't had enough water and only exercised once, so I'd better pull my finger out. I find if I don't have one of the snacks (while I'm in holiday mood and don't get up quite so early) then I just do some rounding when I weigh food instead of being all pernickety. So yesterday my potato was 212 g instead of 200, and I didn't worry about it. Haven't measured yet.
Well done cakey!!

Well done ladies!!!
I lost 1.3kgs but nothing off my stomach so I'm not going to measure again until the end.
I had a hens day on Saturday so I had a naughty lunch which didn't help and I've not been exercising either. 😁

Left over lamb and fatoush salad for lunch. Now I have to go sort through my mountain of groceries and prep everything. Tired just thinking about it

Loving the brown rice and sweet potato dish for dinner. Feels so creamy and naughty!

Oh that's awesome! Was gonna cook that tonight but I got an attack of the lazies and went the nachos. Caesar chicken wrap for lunch, which was yummy but way too much filling and dressing so pretty much unwrappable. It's parfait night! And that bounty quinoa will be making another appearance, that is for sure!
