    I ended up having the vegetarian nachos for dinner and they are great! So happy to have them on the menu for next week too.

    I did my shopping for next week today - cheaper than last week thankfully as I had quite a few things already. I found the dried strawberries so I am going to try the strawberry balls. The apricot ones were yum.

    I had a hens day lunch so I didn't follow the diet at lunch. I had the haloumi and zucchini fritters for dinner.

    Well DSs poos have been getting greener and greener and he's getting fussier and harder to settle - I'm thinking that like DD he's CMPI too. So from tomorrow I'll be doing the challenge dairy free.

    I checked and soy yoghurt has less calories than light Greek yoghurt and dairy free white chocolate has less calories than 70% cocoa dark chocolate. I already have soy in my coffee so I think the change shouldn't be too hard. Though I will miss cheese and yoghurt as dressings (I won't substitute for soy yoghurt as that is sweet which just won't taste nice on salad).

    Had the lentil soup for dinner last night. Wasn't in love, felt like it needed something else, maybe a vegetable like zucchini. Although very filling & hubby loved it.

    I'm breastfeeding a 3 month old too. I think maybe the lentils reacted with her as she was quite upset & gassy.

    Default Jan 2015 - Healthy Mummy 28 day program

    We had the vegetarian nachos tonight for the 2nd night in a row. They are so nice - dh said he would be happy to eat them every night easy too.

    Choc strawberry parfait for dessert later.

    My two favourite meals so far.

    Mine too! I had the Mexican potato for lunch again. Love it.

    My chicken smelt funny last night so I ended up just having a ham, basil and cheese toastie, and of course, my parfait :-)

    Tried the pesto penne for dinner tonight but it was very bland. It needed a good squeeze of lemon juice. Tonight I am making the custard for dessert.

    How did we all do in our first week? I lost 2kgs and 5 cm off my waist!! Lost 2-3 cms everywhere else except my arms. Boo yeah!

    I just realised that even with a sneaky coffee each day, I am still eating way under my recommended calories. Better test out some of those yummy looking desserts!
