Yep I'm having headaches and a mid-afternoon crash so I might swap my morning snack to an afternoon one. Not sure. I am so looking forward to tonight's tea! I love zucchini, love capers, love wholemeal pasta. Tick, tick, tick!

I'm also going to add some baby spinach and fresh lemon juice, and I have no Parmesan so will have to make do with mozzarella. So excited (and lame)!

We had the zucchini pasta - was nice but I think the addition of the lemon would have been nice. Dh said it was one of the nicest pastas he's ever had... I asked him if he is just saying this to be supportive but he said he genuinely likes the food.
We had the banana caramel cream for dessert. It was lovely - felt like I was kinda eating a healthy creme brûlée.
Does anyone else keep swapping their meals around? I had popcorn planned for my snack tonight but felt like a dessert as dh and I had a bit of quiet time to enjoy one.
Breakfast planned for tomorrow is breakfast trifle - that was nice last time.

Yeah. I swap mainly snacks. Though this morning I made a smoothie for breakfast because I didn't feel like eggs.

I swap all the time. I've made the parfait again tonight, it was delish!

I also often skip the morning snack so I have room to add extra calories / flavour to the more bland meals. Is that cheating? I have lost 0.5kgs already and I've not even been doing the exercises.

I don't think that's cheating at all - just making it work for you.
I can have quite a few calories so I have been adding extras like more chicken to a wrap or a bigger serving of pasta tonight.
That's great you've lost weight already - me too - def helps with the motivation 😊

Is anyone making the soup for lunch?

I'm doing a double batch in the thermy and following a recipe from EDC for cooking time etc.

Anyway, just fyi the thermy recipe also has ground ginger, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, chili powder and nutmeg in their spice mix. I'mma try that and see how it turns out.
