Ooh hi everyone! I started yesterday too but didn't get to my exercise til today cos DS didn't go to sleep til after 9.30 :-/
Yesterday I had the set menu although I changed to coconut lime bliss balls (or something) for my snack and the strawberry parfait (OMG yum!) for my other snack. I'm only having two snacks.
I'm currently enjoying the nachos:

Overall I want to lose about 15 to 20 kgs but it's also about the mental boost I get from sticking to something :-)

which is delish despite my accidental slip of the wrist when adding the chilli powder, and I just put the mixed berry smoothie icy pole things in the freezer:

I think I'll have to continue to do lots of customising because the menu isn pretty expensive for me, but so far I have enjoyed most of the food :-)

How's everyone going? I love this plan as I am basically never hungry. I get to eat so much food and it's usually pretty quick to prepare.
I've weighed myself already and I've lost 0.7kg since I started.
Today I've eaten
Chocolate dipped strawberries
Chicken Caesar wrap
Dinner is zucchini and caper spaghetti
Dessert not decided yet but will be something with banana
Going to plan next weeks menu now.

So breakfast was avocado, smoked salmon and whole grain toast.
I didn't have the morning snack as I was out and about and wasn't organised enough to bring it.
Lunch was apple, coconut and chicken salad - it was Devine!!!
Afternoon snack watermelon and almonds
Dinner I'm also having the zucchini pasta (I'm devo that I have to have Wholemeal pasta! )
Desert I'm not sure yet, was going to have those Popsicles you made harvs but I haven't made them yet so not enough time to freeze them. Might go the dark chocolate and herbal tea.
Ive not done the exercises as DS has been so clingy and not going to bed until feeding marathons until 9:30.

The chicken apple and coconut salad and the parfait too.
The recipes have an awesome way of making the yoghurt taste more like thick cream than sour thin Greek yoghurt.
