I had avocado and lemon juice on whole grain toast this morning. Frozen pineapple and Greek yoghurt for morning tea

Got rained out so no beach today
Had the avo and tomato toast for brekky. Good and filling. Missed my snack because we were at DFO instead
Had the chicken Caesar wrap for lunch. Soooooo yummy! Topped it off with a kiwi fruit!
2 boiled eggs
A cup of air popped popcorn

Definitely best to customise the meal planner. I made bulk choc bliss balls ( amazing!). Also ended up having my first lunch smoothies as I was pressed for time, yummy frozen strawberries & chia seeds with almond milk.
I made the vegetarian cannelloni for dinner. Really nice!! Made extra for another night yumz!!
Didn't really get a chance to "prep" even though I know I should have. But have apples in the fridge & fruit & natural yoghurt for snacks etc...
What did you all think of day 1 exercises? I did ok, although I had one child crawling all over me and the other one screaming to be fed (bfeed) , so felt a bit rushed
Ended up buying a few of the HM books & Dvd so can't wait for that to come in the post soon. I'll let u all know what it's like!!
Bring on day 2!!!

I liked the workout and I'm not too sore today. Did it while the kids were sleeping though DS1 woke up and kept trying to steal my ball and weights.

I've been slack and haven't done any excercises yet, looks like I'll do that tonight.
The tinned mangoes I had were mouldy so I couldn't make that recipe so I had my whole grain toast and avocado breakfast instead.
I had the Niçoise salad for lunch and beef San Choy bow is tonight.
