I've gone off the rails ladies! I'm back on my white carb addiction. I just have no motivation to meal plan and shop.
Luckily I've only put on a few hundred grams but you would have thought that losing pretty much 4kgs would motivate me to keep going but it hasn't!
My diet now is basically 2 slices of white bread with jam for breakfast, a coffee in the morning, 2 minute noodles or sushi for lunch, some unhealthy snack in the afternoon and dinner is stills only the recipes from the challenge but not at all portion controlled.
How is everyone else doing?

I haven't lost any more weight, but haven't gained any either. I need to be stricter with my plan. I have fallen back in to relying on coffee to get me through. Coffee is not food and it does not fuel me!!!

I must say I'm not too impressed with the new recipes! I think I'll be using mostly the old favourites!

They are not that great the new ones anyway.
So the San Choy bow in rice paper is that the same recipe as the one in lettuce leaves but you let the mixture cool and put it in rice paper rolls?

Yep, exactly the same. I put it in with some shredded lettuce. My DH has a fractured hand at the moment and struggles to eat it in lettuce cups without it going all over his cast. He prefers it in the rice paper rolls. DS1 will eat it that way too but won't eat it in a lettuce cup.
