We did it!!!
I've not done my measurements yet but I've lost 3.8 kgs! I'm so pleased I stuck with it! Best I've ever committed to any get healthy lose weight plan.
I just wonder how much more I would have lost of I exercised.

My eating has been okay. I did cheat and have three sushi rolls for lunch today. I'll do better tomorrow. Chilli con crane for dinner

I don't know if anyone has the ongoing membership, but last night I made the quinoa risotto from the November challenge. ZOMG! It was seriously amazing! Makes a very small serve though!

I had 1 1/2 serves and I was okay. Had a dessert that night which I usually don't though.
