    Another strawberry choc parfait tonight - so yum! Out of bickies now so no more this week...

    We had the brown rice, sweet potato and Parmesan dish. I have found that I can cook with a few shortcuts to save too many dishes. I added the sweet potato to the rice to cook rather than steam it separately. Saved a bit of mucking around too

    I lost 0.5kg last week. I'm happy with that as I haven't been exercising everyday. Also my tummy seems less bloated which I'm happy about.

    Perhaps tomorrow we'll have the chicken ginger stir fry for dinner... I've got a serve of the broccoli pasta already cooked for lunch.

    Just finished chopping veggies for the stir fry but git interrupted by my teething baby. So laying in the rocking chair trying to get him to nap! Days like these i wish I had a personal chef at my disposal

    I know it so hard with kiddies isn't it. You always get interrupted! I'm finding it hard to fit in the exercise. I tried the LBW dvd, only managed to do the first 10 min section as both my kids were screaming and crying! I'm trying to do squats around the house whenever I can. Apart from that the occasional walk that all I can do atm, but it's more than I WAS doing.

    How r u all going with exercising? Any tips/tricks for fitting it in with kiddies?

    Had the Caper & Zucchini spaghetti tonight. Was ok, never really had capers before. Bit unusual. Added lemon juice instead of the chillies. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1421144557.884842.jpg

    I haven't done anything in terms of exercise! I have 2 under 2 I can not find the time to do it. Even walking is hard as it's so so hot by 8am where I am. Need to find time somehow

    I tried exercising but dd is very clingy at the moment and wants to be held so much of the time. I'm also exhausted from feeding all the time. So not much going on here...

    I did mine once the kids were in bed tonight. DH is on hols at the moment so sometimes I get him to take DS1 out while DS2 is napping and I will do it then.
