    Default Jan 2015 - Healthy Mummy 28 day program

    Hi all,
    I have joined the online "healthy mummy" 28 day plan. Starts Monday Jan 5th.

    I'll introduce myself. I'm Jac 32 from Melbourne. I have a 3yr old & a 3 month old. I have a total of around 25kg I would like to lose, so hoping this will kick things off.

    Anyone want to join here to chat, share tips, recipes & support during this challenge please do

    2015 is the year of change, starting now

    I'm doing it too. Today I worked out my meal plan. I need to go shopping for the food now. The recipes sound great. Have you been cooking some of the recipes already?

    Oh and I have a 3 year old and a 21/2 month old - very similar to you jac.
    I'm not sure how much I want to lose - I want to start with 10kg and then reset my goal. I have about 25kg to lose too all up but want to be realistic and take my time so I don't burn out.

    I have tried the salmon and sweet potato patties which were really yummy. Had the cottage cheese felafel tonight which was okay. Needs another flavour but I'm not sure what. Also takes twice the time stated to cook.

    Great to see u all! Yes very excited! I havnt tried any recipes yet but starting to get my grocery list togeather. I think I'm going to bulk cook a bit that way I won't stress about having to cook new things every day.

    Was thinking of buying the dvd too & maybe 1-2 tubs of the smoothies incase I need a quick brekkie/lunch option.

    So only a few days left and we start woo hoo.

    I have made the pork and pineapple stir fry - yummy! And I also like the prawn noodle salad but it's a small serve.
    Dh says that's it's the best food I've cooked for years.
