    the only real excercise I have done the last few days is walk the dog ... but its still 20 minutes or so.

    DD is away for a few days, so might get a long bike ride in

    another session at my gym today. and i did over 6000 steps on Saturday. i will post my steps total, and a huge smilie face when i reach 10000. marie.

    Today i walked about 40min. Just then I did a abdominal workout video which I found on youtube. It was really good and free!

    Are you using an app to track your calories? I am using my fitness pal and to get to my weight loss goal I have a 1200 calorie limit too

    I do find it tricky for home cooked stuff because I don't really measure and weigh what I put in or how much I eat.

    Yep I use my fitness pal, and I log all of the food I make at home. I sometimes measure, sometimes estimate. And if a make a particular dish frequently then I add it as a recipe. It really helps to keep me on track
