yeah I think I am going to get something too.

I want a pedometer, but also something that will measure my effort on my bike. Havent really looked into what will work yet

fifth session at the gym this morning, and 5000 plus steps yesterday. I have got my pedometer from the gym. some of them can be so complicated. working out calories and bmi and god knows what. this just counts steps. and I can turn it on or off. that is my limit with technology. hahah. marie

No walk for me today, but I did do 3 hours of vigorous cleaning both inside and outside today, so I'll count that as my exercise

Was going to take an early morning walk, but DS slept till 7:30!!!!! This is unheard of, he usually wakes at 5:30. So I enjoyed an extremely rare 2 hour sleep in instead of exercising

Will have to think of another exercise to do later!

Hope it's not too late to join.
I am going to dust off my old workout dvds and planning to do some weights. I bought all the equipment years ago and now it's just gathering dust. The kids go to bed by 9pm so I am planning on fitting in a 30min workout. I am hoping that posting on here will make me stick to my plan!!

I couldn't find my weights except for bar. But I still did the workout yay! Also did some abdominal exercise to try improve my diastasis recti. Hope I can keep this up. I am back to full time work now which means I walk around 1 hour for the day.

I've lost my mojo these last few days, so no exercise. Will try and rectify it today and do some exercise. I always feel better after doing it! Its all about positive thinking and just getting it done, I tell myself. Am going to the mall so will look for a pedometer.
