    Was going to do my exercise dvd but my whole body feels achy so will be having a rest day. Did walk around for about 45min today.

    I was sick the other day, and it always takes me a few days to get over it ... so not much for me the last few days.

    With DD back at school next week, I will have a bit more time to get back on my bike and into some excercise

    my hard work is paying off, another 1.5kg down, and 1.5cm off my waist. I think I have the main workings of the diet plan sorted, and working out everyday is the key. loving my gym. marie.
