    Usual morning exercise routine.
    Centennial Park- walked the whole thing over about 6 hours. It was so much fun with DH's cousin.

    Today:
    Usual morning. Swim for 45 mins at midday.

    Yesterday I did a 40 minute walk and today was 30 minutes...but nothing over the weekend.

    Walking about 40min.
    Did jillian michaels 30 day shred level 1 workout for 20 min. Didn't do weights though bc my shoulder is a bit sore so I better rest it today.

    My ankle hurts so much ... so nothing for me besides limping to the fridge.

    I did manage to make it to the shops to get a couple of things for DD ... but that was just limping too
