Weights dvd done! Did it in the arvo today so I can watch a dvd with dh tonight after the kids are in bed tonight. Not much walking though only strolled around shops.

But I bought a new dress (that looks awesome!!!) and am going to a party tonight so I gave myself the day off

I'm still here! I do the same thing everyday, as per previous post.
Add swimming twice a week (days change) for fun.
15 mins rowing machine
10 mins punching bag
5 mins weights= arms
Twice per week-
45-60mins swimming (prob 10mins continuous laps, then 15 freestyle, repeat, 10 mins at end just enjoying water)
I skipped a day this week because I felt a bit depressed, and last week as I was ill. Other than that, I am really proud of myself for keeping up!

Did abdominal exercises and 15 min walk to and from shop.

Hi, you're all doing really well!
A bit quiet for me. Some days I have only managed to do 10 mins of arm weights and squats. Can't go jogging/walking with all 3 kids at once, but will try to once DH gets home from work.
I read that it is good to 'break into a sweat' a few times a week. It only takes me 10 mins of jogging or fast walking to achieve that!

I will be at the gym this afternoon. I missed Saturday morning, but I did walk for 10 mins around the yard. sunday out all day, no intentional exercise, but I still did 7000 plus steps. I plan on four sessions a week at the gym, and extra 1o mins walking. marie.

Lazy weekend for me 😯. Made up for it today with PT. Went to the pool and was made to swim and swim and swim. I don't think Ive ever swum so far lol

Not much walking for me today. Just commute from home to work so only about 40min walking.
Today is my rest day from home workouts. Tomorrow is the body pump dvd.
