    Default Sack smaller than baby?

I went for an early scan today....(6+2)
And the sono said the baby was bigger than the sack with the sack measuring 5 weeks. She recommended to have another scan around 9 weeks to check if the sack has grown and the pregnancy viable.

Does anyone know anything about this or had experience?
