Totally agree @bbc22 - we have spend tens of thousands of dollars so far like so many other women here - not an easy process, mentally or financially that's for sure.

Nurse called. I've been told to trigger tonight. Shattered as thought i have too many little ones. E2 level up in the 15000 way too high. Lynn not taking the risk and triggering early. So disappointed

Not a probs @Tahli.
The first one I made an appointment with was Len Kliman. He delivered my niece and my SIL said he was AMAZING. I was all for it until I saw his rates - he is over 6k! Whilst he is high recommended, that was OTT for me.
SIL had a couple friends who used my current OB, Meredith Tassone. She is lovely, and I am very happy with the decision. I think her fee was 3900. She has been late to several appointments which is annoying, but I try to tell myself she is popular and that is why she's so busy. As long as she gets to my delivery, I'll be fine.
I think both have rights at St V's and Freemason's. Possibly more, but I went with Freemason's.
Depending at where you are at, you may have a good public option. We have friends who live in Sanctuary Lakes (Pt Cook) and they rave about the new Werribee hospital. She had her first there (VERY complicated delivery) and has a scheduled C in a couple weeks for her second. I can find out the same of her GP if you're out that way. I also heard Box Hill has a new maternity ward which is quite good.

Don't worry MND .. They grow after the trigger till the epu as well. You will be fine.. There is no point in delaying it and then if u ovulate yourself by any chance.. M pretty sure Lynn had taken the right decision for u.. Good luck for your egg pick up on we

afm . I am on day 13 ... had bloods again today .. The nurse called and said she hasn't seen the surge yet but estrogen levels are rising so hopefully will ovulate in the next week .. Hopefully I do as I don't want this cycle cancelled n start again next month with a medicated cycle..l

Thanks @Sue77. Just took my trigger shot, no turning back now. I hope my 14mm ones grow to about 17 by wed morning. Nurse said I'll have at least 6 mature. I just need to think it only takes one.
