    Default Baby has turned! :D

    So I've just been in to see my doctor who subsequently sent me for an ultrasound, as up until now she was breech. The ultrasound has revealed she is head down! Yay!
    So my question is, will she stay that way now? Is there a chance she could turn breech again?

    I have no experience with breech, but my dd was transverse for a week or so and went permanently head down from 30 weeks

    Yay! My DD was breech until 36weeks. The dr who scanned me said there is a chance of baby flipping back, so stop doing the inversions and stuff I was doing to try and get her to flip, just in case. She stayed head down and I had a VB. Fingers crossed bub stays put and everything goes smoothly for you!!

    Thanks. This has been stressing me out for the past 3 weeks! I was facing an ECV which I really wanted to avoid, and had she stayed breech, then obviously I would have had to have a c-section. So happy and relieved!

    I'll be 38 weeks on Thursday. My doctor has said if she was breech it would be a c-section.

    My baby turned from footling breech to head down at 37 weeks and stayed down.

    I wished I had a Doppler during preg so I could tell what position she was in. But from 36w I could hear the hb with a regular stethoscope

    I just keep getting paranoid that she's going to turn back. This whole pregnancy I haven't been able to relax one bit!
