    Default Angliss Vs Box Hill

Hi all! I'm just wondering on your thoughts of which is better? I had my daughter at the angliss in 2012 but my FS said that it's got a bad reputation now. We didn't have a lot of regular staff, lots of agency nurses with my daughter. Just wondering what the new box hill is like?? Not sure where to go!!

I'm very familiar with birth suite at angliss and personally have never seen an agency midwife in birth suite. Have seen some in post natal but I think you'd find that anywhere (Though that is not to say it does or doesn't happen & some agency midwives are great and v experienced.) I've found all the midwives there are fantastic. If I was having a baby I would have zero hesitations in having mine there. Added plus is that parking is very easy and inexpensive, haha!
I have however also heard good things about box hill - I am just not as familiar.

Thanks for your input. My midwife was fantastic but it was the post natal care that let me down. The main reason I would return to the angliss is for the parking!

Had both kids in the Angliss. Both 2 very different situations. 1st was a normal dry birth, baby was under distress. Which ended with a lot of staff.
2nd was a water birth. Ended up with 1 midwife.

No complaints from me. Friendly lovely and professional.

My best friend has had both her kids there to. The last being back in June. She bled out after her first, suffered with post prenatal stress during labor with her 2nd. And they helped her through both situations.

    She too has no complaints.

I would go back again in a heartbeat.
