Onion, garlic, chicken, bacon - optional all fried off, add mushrooms and cream, a squeeze of lemon and toss through cooked pasta. YUM! You could also add snow peas and roast capsicum if you wanted to be a bit more healthy. It is my favourite go to, quick and easy pasta. My family love it!

Ps: you could also use light carnation milk instead of cream for a lighter option, but I love the creamy taste using cream!

    Pesto and grilled chicken.
Basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan all whizzed up. Stir through cooked pasta with sliced grilled chicken. Yummo!

I make this when I have some left over roast or BBQ chicken. You can pretty much add whatever you like -I often throw in some bacon or prosciutto and have added asparagus, mushrooms, baby spinach etc...

It's a good one isn't it? I often keep a tin of Carnation milk (to sub if I don't have cream) in the pantry and pesto in the fridge so this is always a tasty, quick meal.
