It really gets my goat that on the nights DF is home, he leaves me to cook tea and deal with DD. And then tidy up and deal with DD. To bathe and dress DD. DD is trying to find her nap groove moving from two to one. She is a nightmare past 4pm.

Aaand as I wrote that I just caught DS1 drawing on my expensive table. Yes it was texta and no doubt wipes right off. Just peeved he doesn't have more common sense.

Im sweltering holding ds for all of his sleeps today & he is also sweating. The a/c isnt helping much. I cant keep this up, the heat is too unbearable for this. And I just tried to eat & it woke ds up, even with the a/c & white noise blaring. I give up. I just wont bother with any day sleeps ever until I go to sleep school.

heartstringz, this has been so difficult for you. I wish there was some way I could help. if the heat gets too much with your little one, could you just try to cool him down with a bath or even a face washer in cold water.? I remember doing this with my twins one really stinking hot spell. I hope you get some good advice from the sleep school. marie.
