I am well over due for my pap test and have been putting it off but I have had some problems and I must have one. I have realy thick white discharge (possibly thrush) can I still have a successful pap test where the can gather the cancer causing cells?

I have had pap smears while experiencing heavy bleeding so I assume you would be able to with thrush.

Yes that's how I found out I had thrush for the first time. Through my first Pap smear. You'll be fine. If you are concerned, discuss it with your GP first.
