I put the following in the special needs forum but got no response.
I have an autistic child and we are currently researching options for him re schooling. We have him at a centre (pre kindy) but I'm not satisfied that he's been actively engaged with so we are looking for an alternative.
We found AEIOU which incorporates ABA therapy. Immediately, our speechie was discouraging and warned us against it.
Does anyone have experience with ABA or AEIOU? Would love to read about your experiences.
