    I get them and find that as soon as I feel the twinge rather than Zovirax I put ice straight onto the area and freeze the hell out of it for as long as I can (have sat there all night with a plastic ziplock bag with an ice cube that I kept refreshing when it melted) and it helps to kill it quickly. After the ice of it does still come up it seems to last a lot less time than mine used to using creams etc.

    They suck so bad 😔 hope yours doesn't last long!

    Thank you so so much Ladies...i'd be lost without you all! I have kept away from any medications and the only thing i put on was ice and vegemite lol....i know it sounds crazy but i read it last night and thought why not try it...sooo not a good look but it seems to have stopped it in its tracks. Im off to go get me some tea tree oil today and i will be using that instead. Got my fingers and toes crossed that i dont get another one for a while. Thank you again ☺
