    Default Any Kindy teachers?

I have some questions relating to Kindy. In the interest of clarity I'm referring to the year before children start proper school. In Qld this is kindy and the first year of school is prep. I believe it has different names in different states.

Are there actual educational standards or a curriculum of such for kindy? As in, something like a school would have a set curriculum, does a kindy have something similar? I assumed there would need to be some standards that a kindy would need to be meet in order to be accredited and I'm assuming it would be more than just "employ someone with a degree in early childhood education".

Any information or links woudl be most appreciated.

Yes I am a kindy teacher in Queensland and we have to program, plan and implement the Queensland kindergarten guidelines and Early years leaning framework into everything we do
