Rubbish eggs and in my twenties here! Rubbish AMH, rubbish quality. Long story short - we threw more money than I care to ever calculate at the situation, every drug in the book, best doctor in the country (Warren De Ambrosis) and a lot of embryo transfers. First baby took 6 transfers, second took 9 transfers and that embryo was rated so poorly we were going to call it a day when that one gave us a BFN - well it didn't and bub is due in a few months.

@ajq - no the doctor who helped us get baby #1 retired while I was pregnant with her - she was excellent and very experienced and getting into her 60's so I had to find a new one for our quest for number two. The doctor I chose was excellent and I have a very high opinion of him but after 7 transfers we hadn't had a whiff of success so I booked in with Wazza and he got us pregnant on the only cycle we did with him - double transfer (both slow and rated awfully) and one singleton baby. We did everything - all the drugs, the Berocca, melatonin, DHEA, human growth hormone, nitro dur patches, clexane, feldene.... the works!! He also did a endometrial scratch, a lipiodal flush and chugged half a litre of intralipids into me. Oh and we did PICSI too. It wasn't fun, nor cheap, but certainly worth it.
