I'm all for being 'safe' but my obstetrician told me that in his 20 plus years on the job he's only seen one case of listeria and it was from aeroplane food! I say eat with caution. I've continued to eat soft cheeses, deli meats, soft serve, sushi etc etc but I've just made sure they were refrigerated or heated well enough and not reheated once cool.
I was more paranoid with the first bub but I just can't say no to soft cheese!!
