Default Is this recipe gluten free??

Im going to a function on friday and ive been asked to bring a salad. Im going to put a sign on it saying 'Contains Nuts and Egg'. Im fairly sure its gluten free but thought id ask to make sure.

    Recipe is...
    Fresh broccoli
    canned beetroot
    walnuts
    rocket or spinach

    whole egg mayo (homemade)...
    whole egg
    dijon mustard
    vinegar
    fresh lemon juice
    fresh garlic
    worcestershire sauce
    canola oil
    salt/pepper

Would it be lactose free too??

    Thanks

Check the ingredients in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce because they can vary by brand but otherwise i think it's safe and yes its lactose free too provided theres no dairy in the mayo? I never make my own mayo so I have no idea!

Most 'normal' worchestershire sauce contains gluten but you can easily buy a gf brand at Woolies or coles. It has a yellow label

Spring Valley make a gluten free worcestershire sauce. Not as good as Lea and Perrins but, hey, I have to look after DH...

I know that Maille brand of dijon mustard is GF.

Shouldn't have a problem there with lactose either.
