    Default e-tickets. Freaking out!

In October I spent a small fortune on tickets for a show for a family xmas present. I chose the e-ticket option but the email is nowhere to be seen (I don't delete anything from my email account).
I have contacted the company I bought the tickets from and asked them to re-send the email, as the money has come out of my account but now I'm stressing that they won't re-send it. They will though, won't they? Ease my mind while I wait for their reply please!

Yes, they'll resend them. Have you checked your junk mail folder?

I've checked every folder possible. I spent 30 minutes searching and getting myself in to a panic
Thank you for telling me they'll re-send them, you're calming me down.

Can you search your email? Most email services will have a search bar. Just type in a word related to the email and it should find it for you.

I have...I spent thirty minutes with my search bar. Found all the other tickets I've purchased this year, but not these ones.

Were they ordered through Ticketmaster? I'm pretty sure with TM you have to log on to their website to access your etickets, they don't email them. If it's another ticketing company I'm not sure though...

They're not on my ticketmaster account. I checked before I sent the email. I actually thought my payment mustn't have gone through but it did.

You may have used the wrong email. That happened to me with buying vip passes to SeaWorld etc
