@Ladydee that's what I was thinking also. Thanks for the advice. Also the clinic haven't said anything about the clexane and I'm reluctant to stop it now. You are such a guru on this stuff is really appreciate your opinion. I've had a dvt previously after an operation and only started on it due to my broken ankle. I do however have an autoimmune disease also! Thanks so much xx

I'd definitely be staying on it until at least 12 weeks! Have you got enough prescriptions to last you though? Everyone on the Immune BH Thread (ask them too if you wanted a few opinions....most if them see Dr Mathias who is the top immune FS in Aus and there are some very knowledgable girls on there....maybe even a couple with the same immune issue as you??) stay on it for at least 12 weeks, some even longer. Wazza and eventually my Ob/FS both definitely wanted me to stay on the injections until at least 12 weeks....I think I was on them until about 14 where I injected every second day with 40mg (I was on 60) for the last week. They both didn't even want me to stop even during that month I was having some significant bleeding.....makes me think it's pretty important, especially because of my previous losses and you're in the same boat. x

stillhopeful - Can understand you being worried hun as you head towards bt but it can still happen with no symptoms at all maybe your body just deals very well with the extra hcg so its probably too early to react as yet. Good luck hun will be thinking of you.

Excited - Sounds like you have a very supportive gp there which is great nice that she is willing to send you for as many bt as you feel you need for reassurance. Its great we have the inside knowledge here with Ladydee about the fact the labs hold the blood for 7 days and you can add the extra test later, I would ask for it to be added if it reassures you hun. As for the clexane I think you should stay on it too until at least 12 weeks - what have your clinic said?

allykat111 - I think its a good idea to go to the baby show, we went after I had had dd back in 2011 but looking back we should have gone before having her as we had already bought everything and didn't need anything at that stage. Enjoy!

@Heyside the clinic haven't really said anything about the clexane as it's not my protocol, just something added by the ortho surgeon. One fn said she would be happy to just take it til the BFP and then stop but I just can't seem to agree. So as my new GP is so lovely I spoke to her about it and she basically agreed for me to stay on it til 12w (if I get that far!) as it isn't harmful so why not! The labs lost my blood yest and she rang me from home - I was so touched how are you feeling now? Have you been taking care of yourself??

@Ladydee thanks for the advice to ask the immune girls, a lot of them are on it for the whole pregnancy or most of it so I think I will do the 12w and then see...

@thatwldbme if you don't mind can you tell me what your HCG levels were with the 3sacs? And how they rose? Hope you are feeling well and there has been no more bleeding.
