What does it mean when your belly is dropped?

It just means the baby often becomes engaged in the pelvis. It can be weeks between 'dropping' and birth.

Maybe, or your bub could have just moved into your pelvis. Mine both moved into the pelvis and engaged early on (like 33 weeks). How many weeks are you?
