Default Help with door decoations for elderly people

At work we are to decorate a door of one of their bedrooms in a Christmas theme. I am going to buy some decorations. Have a budget of about $20 as I will let this resident keep the decos for next year as he is such a lovely man.

I am trying to work out how to make it a lovely door. One both of us would be proud of. I plan on going in on Saturday in my own time to decorate it too and take kiddo with me.

Any ideas? Its a normal size door. Can use sticky tape or blue tac if needed.

    Thanks.

I would check out pinterest for ideas. You'll find lots of inspiration.
