Not sure. Got a super-faint bfp 12dpo, huge temp dip 13dpo and strong bfp 14dpo. So late I guess? There is a chance my o date was off (i remember ff changing my o date at 3dpo to 6dpo).

Do you think implanting time depends on the pregnancy or an individual? Ie. Will a woman always have late implanters or could it vary with pregnancy?

Yes, creamy cm indicates an increase in progesterone so depending on timing it can indicate you have just o'd or if its late in the tww it can indicate pregnancy. My prog should be peaking after o yesterday/today so that's probably why.
